Job Requirements:
Direct large account management responsibility along with oversight of NA material sales team in assigned area of responsibility to grow company revenue in accordance with organizational goals and objectives. Confers with management to determine sales objectives and develop policies to achieve organizational goals. Reviews the market position of competing products, services, and organizations, and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques. Develops, coordinates, and executes sales objectives, strategies, and advertising and promotional programs to gain market share.

Responsibilities:
• Act as market expert for the assigned market globally, including understanding of market dynamics, portfolio of Sealing products and applications.
• Develop and execute the yearly sales budget, including price execution, for the market team in support of Sealing’s annual sales budget.
• Manage assigned accounts by driving growth opportunities through a sales pipeline (CRM) from discovery to closing opportunities.
• Manage the market team’s routine sales activities including Business Planning, Forecasting, Reporting, Issue Resolution, Escalations, Account Assignment, etc.
• Call on large key accounts and/or corporate/global customer decision makers.
• Lead the daily execution of global strategy, playbooks, and action plans for assigned market team.
• Develop and drive market strategies including market mapping in conjunction with Growth Leader & Strategy function.
• Understand macro market trends and competitive landscape and effectively communicate to Sealing Management Team.
• Provide direction and coaching to market/regional sales teams to drive individual growth initiatives for assigned market. Including, but not limited to, yearly performance reviews, ride-along coaching, and one-on-one coaching.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer within Alkegen and interface with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure appropriate levels of service and quality are provided to the customer base.

Other:
• Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules.
• Must be able to work extended hours when required.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:
• 10-15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably serving end markets in the Automotive, ConAG, and Heavy Duty Diesel industries.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing a sales group, growing revenue, and managing a portfolio of technical products.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering preferred, MBA preferred.
• Experience in selling into technical applications and markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
