Responsibilities:
The Production Baler is the last person to evaluate our product before packaging and an essential position to the site. The Production Baler will be responsible for four main things; inspecting the finished product for contamination, collecting the finished product, packaging the finished product, and notifying the Production Supervisor / Quality Department of any contamination or foreign material found in the finished product or any other quality concerns.
Production Balers may be used for other plant activities and training. However, the company recognizes that there will be times when other tasks are needed (e.g. for long term sickness coverage) and will therefore train Production Balers in other roles to suit the needs of the business.
Safety:

Drive peer to peer responsibility for working safely and challenging status quo to ensure we are safe at all times.
Support position that all employees are authorized to employ ‘STOP WORKS’.
Complete all required training and apply the learning at all times.
Maintain housekeeping standards in order to enable team to safely deliver on Quality Targets, Production, and Costs.
To escalate non-compliance issues to the Production Supervisor and Site Management Team.
Contribute to Safety Projects as needed and in line with Site Goals.
Qualifications/ Experience:
Good communication skills at all levels
Must have a good attention to detail.
Must display high standards of punctuality, attendance and work ethic.
