Trident Technical College is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to enhance the college’s digital strategy through web analytics, user research, comprehensive tracking and SEO. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4 preferred) to track traffic, user behavior and conversions.
- Evaluate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and recommend performance improvements.
- Conduct user testing and apply UX/UI best practices to enhance website functionality and navigation.
- Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and ROI.
- Perform keyword research and collaborate on SEO strategies to boost search engine rankings.
- Support CMS training and contribute to content organization and management.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor's degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications

- Associate degree in marketing, communications, digital media, analytics or a related field or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Hands-on experience with web and digital marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, SEO best practices, conversion tracking and data visualization tools.
- Experience with user testing, UX/UI tools and content management systems.
- Three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics and UX/UI management.
