Job Responsibilities

The Department of Business Technology has an immediate part-time administrative support position. Under the supervision of the Division’s administrative assistant, this position will provide additional administrative support to the Division of Business Technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent customer service; oral and written communication skills; and the ability to multi-task, take initiative, set priorities, and work independently and collaboratively on a team are required. Experience with the Colleague UI and Augusoft Lumens is a plus. Individuals must work effectively with TTC administrators, faculty and staff, and all external customers.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma with related experience. Candidates with an associate degree or higher and related experience in administrative services are preferred. The part-time hourly rate is $18 per hour. This position is Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to noon.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with at least a minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to initiate and complete duties and special assignments with limited supervision, exercise discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism, and maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail is a must. Successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Word. Individuals must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes.
