Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC, is seeking Industrial Maintenance Instructors! If you are passionate about sharing your knowledge with others, consider joining TTC. The Department of Manufacturing and Maintenance seeks to fill on-campus instructor positions at TTC's Thornley Campus.

TTC is accepting applications for day and evening positions to build an active pool of qualified applicants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching day and evening classes, utilizing technology, using various teaching methods in instruction, and maintaining accurate attendance and grading records.

Responsibilities include teaching courses and demonstrating practical labs. Candidates must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual technological changes.

This position requires an associate degree in industrial maintenance mechanics, electromechanical technology, mechanical engineering technology, industrial technology, or a related field and five (5) years of industry-related field experience. The hourly rate $30 - $40 per hour based on education and experience.

The candidate will teach the courses basic industrial skills, piping systems and pumps, mechanical drive systems, hydraulics and pneumatics, preventive maintenance, schematic reading, industrial electrical, and troubleshooting industrial systems. Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
