Job Responsibilities

The Student Success Center located at Thornley Campus is seeking a part-time Administrate Assistant. This position will perform routine administrative and operational support activities and assign new, current, and returning students to advisors as appropriate. The responsibilities include communicating with faculty, staff, and students, answering and responding to emails and telephone calls, and assisting at front counters as needed.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

This part-time temporary position requires a high school diploma and related experience. The hourly rate is $16 per hour.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference is given to candidates with experience in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Ellucian software, and dissemination of student information in a higher education setting.
Candidates must practice excellent customer service, be highly professional, and possess strong communication and computer skills. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is critical.
