- The Department of Business Technology has an immediate part-time administrative position. Under the supervision of the division administrative assistant, this position will provide additional administrative support to the division of Business Technology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent customer service; oral and written communication skills; and the ability to multi-task, take initiative, set priorities, and work independently and collaboratively on a team are required. Experience with the Datatel Colleague system is a plus. Individuals must work effectively with TTC administrators, faculty and staff, and all external customers. 
- Minimum and Additional Requirements
- This position requires a high school diploma with related experience. Candidates with an associate degree or higher with related experience are preferred. The part-time hourly rate is $18 per hour. 
- Preferred Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be able to initiate and complete duties and special assignments with limited supervision, exercise discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism, and maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail is a must. Individuals must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes.
