Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Utilized provided talent acquisition tools to increase the number of interested applicants
• Qualify and disqualify candidates based on interview feedback and resume review
• Serve as contact candidates and internal customers along the way
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
