No experience necessary: our paid training gives hands-on sales and logistics experience as you work on the account of an established broker. What’s in it for you:
- $45,000 - $55,000 minimum first-year compensation, based on education level
- $45,000 base salary
- $10,000 degree stipend with verified bachelor’s degree
- Average Year 2 - 3 earnings: $75,712 - $102,094

What you'll do:
- In-Depth Training
- Partner with a TQL broker to manage their account, secure carriers for freight and handle all necessary documentation
- Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve freight issues
- Develop negotiation skills through prospecting, planning and cold calling exercises and real-life experiences
- Build your Book
- Use your training to meet sales readiness metrics and become eligible for commission
- Establish relationships to close new and existing customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Manage your account and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally
What you need:
- Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
- Determination to outwork anyone
- Strong negotiation skills with professionalism to handle conflict
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for exceptional customer service
- College degree preferred
