The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting production equipment and mechanical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, responds to equipment breakdowns, and supports equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives within Thorne's regulated manufacturing environment.

Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other Maintenance team members, the Maintenance Mechanic helps maximize equipment availability and minimize production interruptions while ensuring equipment remains in its designed and validated state. The ideal candidate is a skilled, safety-focused maintenance professional with strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced cGMP environment.

Work Schedule: Monday–Wednesday | 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.

This position supports Thorne's overnight manufacturing and maintenance operations. The Maintenance Mechanic must be available to work the assigned 12-hour overnight schedule and additional hours or overtime as business needs require.
