We are hiring three Operations Trainers for each shift. Please state in your application which shift is your preference.
1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm
2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm
3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am
* Please note that this position may transition to a 12-hour shift schedule toward the end of the year based on operational requirements*
The Operations Trainer is responsible for developing and qualifying production employees through effective onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing skills development. This role partners with Operations leadership and subject matter experts to ensure employees can safely perform manufacturing processes, follow procedures, meet quality standards, and maintain production readiness.
