As the Senior Production Supervisor, Sanitation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing operations remain clean, safe, and production-ready. You'll lead a dedicated sanitation team, helping create an environment where quality, safety, and operational excellence come together to support the production of premium health and wellness products.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the sanitation department, ensuring your team has the tools, resources, and support needed to meet production schedules and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance. You'll coach and develop production leads, build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and partner closely with leaders across manufacturing to keep operations running smoothly.

While your primary focus will be leading the sanitation team, you'll also collaborate closely with the Mixing department and serve as the backup supervisor for Mixing as needed, making you an important part of our overall manufacturing leadership team.

Operating Schedule:
12 hour shift overnight- weekend
