Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Fulfillment Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) Manager (Level K) responsible for ensuring that all finished aircraft parts, kits, and assemblies are accurately inventoried, properly stored, efficiently replenished, and delivered line‑side to support uninterrupted production—while leading teams, resolving shortages, and driving continuous improvement.
Position Responsibilities:
Inventory accuracy — Maintain precise counts of finished goods, kits, and assemblies; ensure ERPLN, KITS, eTRAC data integrity
Line‑side delivery — Ensure timely movement of finished goods from Material Integration Centers (MIC) to designated areas supporting Final Assembly
Shortage resolution — Identify critical shortages
Lead teams of production coordinators and supply chain analysts supporting 787 productions
Rate readiness — Track and report fulfillment performance, ensuring inventory supports production rate increases
Cross‑functional coordination — Integrate work across Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Quality
Lean & Boeing Production System — Drive continuous improvement, root‑cause analysis, and waste reduction
Quality & regulatory compliance — Ensure finished goods handling meets Boeing quality standards and regulatory requirements
Safety leadership — Promote a safety‑first culture in all inventory and fulfillment operations
Team development — Coach, mentor, and grow fulfillment staff
Resource planning — Manage staffing, capacity, and workload balancing
Stakeholder engagement — Build strong relationships with internal customers and external partners
Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment:
To be considered for this position, you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course 'Exploring Leadership'
5+ years of experience in materials management or supply chain
3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of experience leading teams
3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
3+ years of experience with the following systems (or industry equivalent): Kit Integration and Tracking System (KITS), E-Enabled Tracking and Communication (eTRAC), Order Manager (GXO Warehouse Management System)
Experience with safety and quality processes

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $107,100 - $144,900
