Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is looking for a dynamic Experienced/Senior Systems Integration Specialist in Dallas, TX.

The Experienced/Senior Systems Integration Specialist gathers, interprets and integrates business information requirements and coordinates change activities, develops and implements business architecture based upon information requirements, monitors and performs quality control actions relating to business information, develops, governs, and enhances information dashboards and reports, develops and executes system readiness testing, administers and monitors systems post-implementation, performs project management tasks related to business information integration activities, manages system changes and integration efforts, provides end-user support to include immediate system/data guidance, FAQ management, issue analysis, and training design and delivery.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to documented procedures that are compliant with department’s policies and procedures

  • Monitor iDoc failure queues on a scheduled cadence and flag failures to senior analysts

  • Collect incident details, attempt reproduction using documented steps, and create incident records in GSEP/Jira

  • Create and update knowledge base articles/runbook snippets under direction

  • Produce basic reports and metrics (counts, simple trends) for weekly sustainment reviews

  • Support OCM by preparing materials for training updates and communicating interim workarounds as instructed

  • Develops planning and execution of units, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements within SAP ERP and some key integrated systems

  • Develop training for employees regarding workflow processes for applications, databases, and operating systems

  • Supports projects involving complex analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems

  • Formulates and designs details of automated systems

  • Utilizes technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

  • Configures system settings and options within SAP and some key integrated systems

  • Formulates complex scripts for mass queries / data loads

  • Provides consultation and guidance to users in the area of automated systems within SAP ERP

  • Follows software development methods, process, and implementation.

  • Leads special projects, initiatives and other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Processes

  • Experience working in a cross functional environment, and teams

  • Experience managing complex programs

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)2

  • 7+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources

  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Processes

  • Experience in creating presentations

  • Experience documenting processes, workflows, business rules, and data flows

  • Detailed oriented, well organized, self-motivated and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and environments

Summary pay range:

Experienced (Level 3) $85,000.00 - $121,000.00

Senior (Level 4) $106,000.00 - $151,000.00
