The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced Business System Solutions Owner (Ariba Systems) to join the team in Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC or Seattle, WA.
We are seeking a Business System Solution Owner to lead discovery, design, delivery, and evolution of supplier management capabilities including supplier lifecycle, supplier portal, supplier performance, supplier risk, and supplier discovery. This is a business-facing role that partners with Information Technology (IT) and business stakeholders to ensure supplier management systems and processes drive measurable, sustainable improvements for Boeing’s Indirect Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities:
Own the development of an end-to-end product/solution vision, roadmap and backlog for supplier management capabilities (supplier lifecycle, portal, performance, risk, discovery)
Act as primary business-facing owner for requirements, prioritization, and acceptance criteria
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Lead stakeholder alignment across functions on strategy, trade-offs and timelines
Support the definition of key success metrics (adoption, Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), onboarding times, supplier performance scores, risk exposure) for continuous improvement
Support vendor evaluations and manage relationships with third-party supplier management platforms
Support change management: training, communications, and rollout plans
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, data protection/regulatory requirements, and auditability of supplier records and activities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience leading source-to-pay processes
Experience in Information Technology with an emphasis in supply chain business processes
Experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Products)
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with supplier lifecycle, supplier portal, performance management and/or supplier risk programs
Experience with cross-functional initiative ownership
Experience with regulatory and control requirements relevant to S2P
Experience with domain in industries with complex supply chains or regulatory needs (manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, defense, government)
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with supplier risk/intelligence data providers
Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks affecting suppliers (e.g., General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), sanctions screening, conflict minerals)

Summary pay range: $96,050 – $139,150
