This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, at Spirit’s Defense Business Unit (“Spirit Defense”). Spirit Defense is an independent supplier to the defense and space marketplace. Through innovative engineering and rapid prototyping excellence, Spirit Defense provides the capabilities, technologies and support customers need to succeed in their missions.
- Support Spirit Defense operations leadership through business analysis, strategic planning, and executive decision support
- Develop workforce, resource, and capacity plans to support customer commitments and production goals
- Develop headcount forecasts, business cases, budgets, and financial analyses
- Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Translate complex operational data into executive-level presentations and actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility and decision-making
- Collaborate across Operations, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Program Management to drive business results
- Support facility planning, operational growth, and production readiness initiatives
- Maintain planning standards, governance processes, and business procedures
- Lead continuous improvement efforts that enhance business operations and planning effectiveness
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Wichita, KS, location.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of related manufacturing experience
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship)
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- Operations Leadership experience
- Composites and bonding background

Summary Pay Range: $106,300- $163,000

Security Clearance:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
