Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join their Spares Execution Team in Hazelwood, MO.

The selected candidate will provide Supply Chain support on customer proposals for Commercial Derivative, Bomber/Fighter, Navy aircraft and DLA. The candidate will be supporting proposals for both US and International customers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Managing workload and monitoring queues in the ACQ System

  • Represents organization as a prime contact on proposals

  • Performs Part Verification

  • Performs lead time analysis to ensure proposals to customers are executable and risks are identified

  • Monitor cycle time metrics and implement mitigation plans as needed

  • Participates and leads resolution of proposal constraints within Supply Chain

  • Participates and leads process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

  • 3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules or solutions

  • 3+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Export Control Requirements:

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other related field

  • Experience with the following systems: REDARs, ACQ, SCARs, MS2, TAMs, BPP, NWP, PDRS

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $61,000 - $87,000
