Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Business Process Analyst (Level 4) tosupport our 787 Manufacturing Operationsbased out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

The successful candidate is a critical thinker who understands the importance of developing and executing strategic plans, bringing a dedicated focus to drive alignment within our Manufacturing environment. This role involves multiple activities such as data analytics, outstanding cross-functional project management, professional written and verbal communication, and demonstrating a solid understanding of time management /organization skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and facilitating the business strategies set in motion by the Vice President of Operations and the Senior Leadership team

  • Collaborate and integrate with the Boeing South Carolina (BSC) and San Antonio Manufacturing Business Units (MBUs) to provide cross-functional support

  • Lead projects requiring coordination of multi-layered data analytics to support deployment of integrated strategic projects and processes aligned to long-range business plans

  • Proactively lead by facilitation and coordination of multi-functional teams with a focus on developing, preparing and summarizing data and technical materials

  • Create and maintain the look ahead efforts including schedules, projects, actions and reporting; ensure we are maximizing efficiencies within the manufacturing environment

  • Facilitate solutions with agility by planning, committing, authorizing and controlling resources across multiple disciplines

  • Identify risks, issues and opportunities with a mindset to mitigate, address and capture them respectively

  • Deliver on commitments and help others do the same by proactively following up for prompt resolution

  • Possess a mindset of safety, quality, continuous improvement & teamwork

  • Influence others to exhibit Boeing Values and Behaviors

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations and/or Manufacturing processes

  • 3+ years of experience in project management developing, communicating and implementing key strategic and operational initiatives

  • 3+ years of experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint)

  • 3+ years of experience managing supplier relationships

  • Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions

Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working as a project management specialist using standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution

  • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing managers/non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical/operational problems

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $112,200 - $151,800
