Boeing’s Global Real Estate, Planning and Strategy (GREPS) organization is seeking a Senior Facilities Planner - 787 Integration to support the 787 expansion of our North Charleston, SC site.

You will leverage your expertise in long-range business planning, real estate strategy, and operational excellence to optimize space utilization, enhance infrastructure capabilities, and support Boeing’s mission-critical growth in this key region.

As a key strategic partner, you will influence site-specific decision-making by integrating data-driven insights, advanced forecasting, and innovative planning methodologies. Your leadership will ensure alignment between facilities planning and Boeing’s broader business objectives, enabling sustainable growth and operational agility at our South Carolina site.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) Integration Manager for requirements coming from GREPS

  • Ensure alignment with other GREF teams, including Construction, Engineering and Facilities Management

  • Establish key milestones and identify potential opportunities, risks and issues

  • Support the development of proposals for stakeholders

  • Facilitate approval of the implementation plan to management

  • Compile and analyze data for business initiatives and team activities

  • Perform regional integration and site analysis, evaluate site capabilities, manufacturing processes and technology forecasts and incorporate these into asset use strategies

  • Interact with internal organizations and senior level management to identify and assess impact to the business operating plan

  • Work with stakeholders and assess resources to create the best value for the customer and the Company

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft office tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate facilities planning

  • 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools

  • 3+ years of experience working with and developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)

  • 3+ years of experience in building and presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadership

  • Experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $116,450 - $157,550
