Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking Production Coordinators to join the 787 Tools Control Team located in North Charleston, South Carolina for Variable Shifts.
- Identifies and reports problems and recommendations to ensure tools availability to mechanics
- Analyzes problems and resolves/reconciles discrepancies with tools to maintain inventory and system accuracy
- Validates work performed by team to ensure compliance to all company policies to include Regulatory, Safety and Quality requirements
- Coordinates with Enterprise organizations in support of 787 production team program Supply Chain activities
- Collaborates and maintains professional relationships with all members in cross-functional organizations
- Works under limited supervision
- Maintain 100% audit verification on a daily basis
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience utilizing Crib Master application
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- 1+ years of experience using software applications for internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite and/or other specialized computer applications
- Ability to lift up to 35-40 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
- Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
- High School diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 2+ Years experience in tools services and best-practices

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $39,950 - $54,050
