Join our Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) team within Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF)! We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Facilities Project Management Specialists (Levels 2 and 3) to join our GREF Project Management team. You will be located in North Charleston, South Carolina.
The successful candidates will play a crucial role in overseeing exciting construction expansion projects and infrastructure initiatives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and understanding of construction processes.
Position Responsibilities:
Support our Boeing South Carolina Site Expansion projects
Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing site expansion projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
Help coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
Projects will include new manufacturing spaces, flight line stall support and fulfillment, kitting and logistics construction
Support, lead and manage construction expansion projects and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
Support, develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track
Prepare and present project reports, including performance metrics and financial analysis, to senior management and stakeholders
Mentor, teach and support other project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience communicating to customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
1+ years of experience with project or construction management (ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously)
1+ years of experience using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or similar)
Experience reading and interpreting construction plans & specifications
Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience
3+ years of experience identifying & managing project risks and opportunities
3+ years of experience monitoring & coordinating implementation activities such as relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget management, schedule, and project reviews
3+ years of experience with/knowledge of local, city, state codes, commercial building codes, and regulatory requirements
3+ years of experience managing cross functional teams through project lifecycle
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Associate (Level 2) Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450
Mid-Level (Level 3) Summary pay range: $107,950 - $146,050
