Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) is hiring an Experienced Facilities Project Management Specialist (Level 3) to oversee our Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) building and site expansion project.

We encourage individuals with a background in project management, construction & site development, with a record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget to apply! This role requires professional communication, organizational and leadership skills & a keen eye for detail.

Key Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of the building and site expansion project from initiation to completion

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

  • Facilitate communication among project team members & stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns

  • Prepare and present project reports to senior leaders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions

  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored appropriately

  • Mentor and support less experienced project team members, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and productive work environment

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in North Charleston, SC.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Tomeet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities project management or construction management

  • 3+ years of experience in project scheduling

  • 3+ years of experience presenting project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders

  • Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera

  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, civil engineering, or related field

  • Experience managing large building and site expansion projects

  • Knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations

  • Organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills

  • Leadership and team management abilities

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • PMP certification or equivalent

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $80,750 - $109,250
