Join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Project Management/Construction Management Office! We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Facilities Analyst to lead our project management project performance and financial analysis. This exciting position is located in the beautiful city of North Charleston, SC.
As a Senior Facilities Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects. You will oversee service delivery, asset planning, and long-range business planning (LRBP) program management. Additionally, you will be in charge of project quality controls and performance cost reporting.
Working closely with a diverse and talented cross-functional team, including engineers, planners, project managers, finance experts, procurement specialists, maintenance professionals, site business partners, and GREF leaders, you will analyze and implement critical deliverables. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

Position Responsibilities:
Serves as a primary consultant regarding facilities scheduling. Creates and deploys high-level schedules in support of long-term business plans, goals, and objectives
Creates innovative system processes based on organizational development principles and theories
Manages the development of budget and long-range business plans
Participates in regional, site, or enterprise-wide cross-functional teams to create and validate processes
Takes into consideration objectives and strategies that meet business and infrastructure requirements
Prepares and presents executive level reports with options and recommendations that may have regional, site or enterprise-wide impact with significant implications
Ensures that configuration control with change management is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents
Performs reporting and analysis on SOW delivery through SOW management, tracking, and reporting including financial tracking, schedule tracking and reconciliation
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Some domestic travel is require as business demands.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Tomeet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience partnering & working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
5+ years of experience in facilities project management or construction management
3+ years of experience developing strategic budgeting and forecasting
3+ years of experience working with long range business plans
3+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
3+ years of experience with Maximo or other computerized Maintenance Software
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience in program management
5+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management
10+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
Experience with contract management, invoice management/reconciliation, and vendor management
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $98,600 - $133,400
