BoeingCommercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Fulfillment Manager (Level K) to support the Interiors Responsibility Center South Carolina based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

This role requires you to manage the Supply Chain Analyst team responsible for all procurement, ordering and scheduling activities needed to keep the Operations team running smoothly. This role requires a reliable and competent professional who possesses the ability to work well across diverse groups while collaborating beyond organizational boundaries. In this role, you will rely heavily on data and analysis to solve problems and drive decisions, and will need to effectively implement solutions in an ever-evolving environment and see the big picture while working in a fast-paced organization. You will use your knowledge to meet materials management goals and our BCA production customers’ expectations and will have a demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate with all levels of stakeholders, from the shop floor to our customers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, motivate, and integrate employee activity across multiple areas in materials management

  • Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals

  • Acquire resources for projects and processes, monitor progress, and lead process improvements

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports

  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes

  • Translate strategic goals into tactical actions that are understandable to the team

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • 3+ years working with Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Manufacturing

  • 3+ years of formal/informal leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 3+ years in a role requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • 3+ years in aerospace/operations manufacturing management

  • 3+ years in Lean Manufacturing and/or the Boeing Production System

  • Business knowledge, leadership and people skills to inspire a safe work environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $101,150 - $136,850
