Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Associate or Experienced Supplier Quality Test Specialist (level 2 or 3) to join the Quality Team to support the 787 Program in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st Shift!

Primary Responsibilities:
Assists with the development or improvement of inspection or test techniques.
Assists in the design and creation of test coupons to validate equipment or determine product acceptance.
Follows documented procedures to set up and calibrate specialized test or measurement equipment.
Assists in the documentation of procedures for setting up and calibrating test equipment.
Follows documented procedures to perform tests or inspections and collects data for evaluation of process equipment, software, solutions, products or materials.
Analyzes routine test, inspection or statistical data to determine product and processes conformity or assists with standard corrective action recommendations.
Elevates anomalous results as required.
Documents and communicates standard test, analysis or measurement results to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Works under general supervision.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
1+ years of experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc).
1+ years of experience with avionics testing/integration
1+ years of experience with electrical systems
1+ years of experience as a mechanical or electrical technician
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience designing and executing a process control system.
Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
Experience in working defect reduction strategies within a cross-functional environment.
Proactive and collaborative mindset with an emphasis on positive relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).
Experience (level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' elated work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years'
related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range associate (level 2): $43,350 - $58,650
Summary pay range experienced (level 3): $50,450 - $67,850
