Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking Associate or Experienced Flight Line Shipside Analysts (Level 2 or 3) to support the 787 Program Delivery Center Operations Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on a Variable Shift!

This position will provide critical production support to the Delivery Center including improving production efficiency, safety and optimizing product quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization.

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

  • Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Provides feedback on assessment results.

  • Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues.

  • Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues.

  • Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates.

  • Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Ability to work any shift, overtime, holidays and weekends

  • 1+ years’ experience with operations analysis.

  • 1+ years’ experience with root cause analysis.

  • 1+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a supportive LSCC role

  • 1+ years of experience flight line operations.

  • 1+ year of experience working with customers

  • Proficient in using CMES software.

  • Proficient in REDARS, PSDS, and BAC specifications

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.)

Experiened (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range associate (level 2): 57,800 - $78,200

Summary pay range experiened (level 3): $72,250 - $97,750
