Are you a strategic compensation professional ready to make an impact in a decentralized, nationally scaled organization? We’re seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team and help shape equitable, competitive, and forward-thinking compensation strategies across our diverse workforce.
This position will be based out of our Charleston, SC; Philadelphia, PA; Irving, TX or Broomfield, CO offices; 3-day in office hybrid work arrangement.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct job evaluations aligned with defined career families and organizational leveling frameworks.
- Maintain and evolve our broad-based compensation structures, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Design, model, and administer short-term and long-term incentive plans that drive performance and retention.
- Analyze and interpret salary survey data to inform compensation decisions and market benchmarking.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support compensation planning in a decentralized environment.
- Create and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into compensation trends and metrics
- Leverage tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Payscale and JDxpert to manage compensation processes and job architecture.
- Share best practices, coach and mentor junior Compensation team members.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis, including incentive plan design.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field
- Deep understanding of job evaluation methodologies and career framework alignment.
- Proven experience working in complex, decentralized organizations with a national or multi-regional presence.
- Proficiency in HR and Compensation systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Payscale, JDxpert, and market pricing tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advance technical skills in MS Excel, Power BI or related platforms.
- Must be authorized to work for Sonepar in the United States without out work authorization sponsorship, now or in the future.
- CCP certification is a plus!
