Job Overview

The Business Analyst – Integrated Operations & Change Management supports the NCHS Operational Improvements Program by leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and system expertise to manage and optimize operational change processes.

The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to manage change control processes within Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring data integrity, process compliance, and system alignment. In parallel, the position drives data-driven decision-making through the development of BI dashboards, KPI tracking, and operational analytics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and support change control processes within Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring accurate implementation, traceability, and compliance with governance standards
  • Analyze operational data and develop BI dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making
  • Support execution of operational improvement initiatives by tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using structured project management methodologies
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting tools, templates, and data models to improve visibility of project and operational KPIs
  • Support program governance through structured reporting, risk analysis, and communication with local and global stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of Manufacturing and/or Project Management experience
  • Hands-on experience with PLM/ERP systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, SAP) and change management processes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar)
  • Experience in manufacturing or operations environment, with understanding of production processes and performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work across cross-functional and multicultural team
  • Certification in manufacturing digital tools, such as SAP or Teamcenter.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodology
