We help restaurants, hotels, and hospitality groups fill shifts efficiently, whether it’s one-time coverage, recurring needs, or trial-to-hire placements. Our platform simplifies staffing while empowering workers to earn on their own schedule.

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll own the top of the sales funnel. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential hospitality accounts and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. You are the first point of contact for shiftNOW and play a critical role in driving new business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, enjoys high-volume outreach, and wants to grow into a closing role over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify high-fit hospitality accounts (restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups)
  • Execute consistent outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects to ensure high-quality, sales-ready meetings
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead data in HubSpot (CRM)
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategy and results
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with high-volume outbound sales or lead generation
  • Confidence and enthusiasm for cold calling
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • CRM experience, specifically HubSpot, preferred
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
