The RoleAs a Business Development Representative, you’ll own the top of the sales funnel. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential hospitality accounts and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. You are the first point of contact for shiftNOW and play a critical role in driving new business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, enjoys high-volume outreach, and wants to grow into a closing role over time.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify high-fit hospitality accounts (restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups)
- Execute consistent outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects to ensure high-quality, sales-ready meetings
- Maintain accurate activity and lead data in HubSpot (CRM)
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategy and results
- Experience with high-volume outbound sales or lead generation
- Confidence and enthusiasm for cold calling
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CRM experience, specifically HubSpot, preferred
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
