Description
Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) is seeking a Salesforce Cloud Architect to support the Cloud Service Integration Team (CSIT) in delivering secure, scalable, and mission‑aligned cloud solutions for multiple Department of War (DoW) customers. This role focuses on supporting Salesforce configuration efforts, cloud strategy implementation, and the integration of secure, cost‑effective cloud capabilities across diverse customer environments.
- Collaborating with technical teams, program leadership, and mission stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable cloud and SaaS/PaaS solutions
- Working in secure environments, and maintaining high standards of system integrity and customer support

Requirements
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) implementations
Hands-on experience with cloud system management, support, and daily operations
Ability to work collaboratively to enhance existing capabilities and develop new functionality
Strong ability to capture customer requirements and convert them into actionable solutions
Experience designing or supporting solution architectures aligned with business processes
Proficiency in managing users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
Ability to support internal process development and documentation
Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and the development of documentation and security control implementation
Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying alternatives, and presenting logical solutions
Ability to create and maintain training materials and user documentation
Experience maintaining data and system security for deployed solutions
Desired Skills
Strong self-discipline, motivation, and problem‑solving abilities
Experience working in secure environments such as SIPR and JWICS
Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and processes (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
Experience with or knowledge of cloud environments, network architecture, and security design
Experience supporting proposal writing or business development activities
Master's or a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant DoW experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Clearance Information
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL.
