• HS Diploma and 4 years experience in a facilities maintenance support role

• Perform a variety of tasks related to the facilities and maintenance of the building. Performs MAC and Event support activities
• Perform minor maintenance service and repairs in the areas of carpentry, painting, plastering, or machine servicing. Schedule & Escort contractors in performance of work
• Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Supervise and lead other staff as directed
• Will travel as needed to support SRC in other locations using company vehicle
• Assist in space planning activities, generate and maintain layouts for projects and seating
• Provide computer based operations support and reports
• Maintain HVAC settings and monitor temp/humidity
• Transport materials back and forth to warehouse
• Perform other duties as assigned
