Description

SAIC is currently hiring for a Program Analyst Supervisor in Charleston SC.

Job Duties:

• Oversees and manages the operational and production aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Manages and oversees the program production schedule and provides weekly status updates and reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Responsibilities may include assisting in the development of budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
• Directly supervises individual contributors (skilled technicians) and/or entry-level professionals.
• Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
• Primary purpose of liaison is information sharing and basic problem resolution.
• Liaison and act as escalation point for customers and employees in relation to current project.
• Approves procurement requests ensuring the correct material/equipment/quantity is being ordered when compared to TDP or CAP list.
• Maintain and manage program production boards.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s and six (6) years or more of related experience; four years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated experience in C5ISR engineering and integration
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
• Candidate must have the ability to operate effectively in a team environment and able to take direction and constructive criticism.

Required Security Clearance:

• Must have an active secret clearance.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with CMPro
• Willing to attain CAPM or other industry standard production certification if requested within first 12 months of employment.
