We're looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on data-driven insights and enjoys tackling challenges to improve operational efficiency, decision making and growth. In this role, you'll play a key part in our Data management project by developing impactful, SQL-based reports for Power BI dashboards and analyzing data across finance, programs, supply chain, and manufacturing. As a crucial member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with diverse departments, ensuring a seamless Data and ERP management while delivering actionable insights that drive our business forward. Complementary Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and program management.
• SQL Reporting: Develop and maintain SQL-based reports to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
• ERP Migration Support: Collaborate with the ERP implementation team and the M3 Systems Analysts to define data requirements, validate data integrity, and ensure accurate data migration.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to present data insights clearly and effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to identify data needs, develop KPIs, and support process improvements.
• Data Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes for future reference and training purposes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within finance, supply chain, or manufacturing contexts.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience creating reports in Power BI.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and migration processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial metrics and supply chain KPIs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
