Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
Senior financial analyst is responsible for leading the physician payment process including cap testing all bonus payments, calculating productivity reconciliation payments and reviewing the monthly physician incentive accruals.
Essential Job Functions

Ensures submitted physician bonus payments have appropriate supporting documentation per the terms of the physician employment agreement and RSFH policies and procedures.
Responsible for cap testing all physician payments, routing for appropriate level of review (i.e., finance, PACE), and submitting payments to payroll consist with RSFH policies and procedures.
Completes productivity reconciliation calculations for physician incentive payments and ensures payments are issued per the terms of the physician’s employment agreement and organization policies and procedures. In addition, responsible for completing monthly physician true-ups to share details of calculations with managers and individual physicians.
Assist Director of Physician Compensation on compensation initiatives as requested.
Assist medical group leaders and Director of Physician Compensation with ad hoc analytics and projects as requested.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field (required)
Work Experience
- 5 years of experience in finance or accounting (required)
- Prior compensation experience (preferred)
