The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will assist in enhancing our brand and showcasing our healthcare heroes. The marketing & communications coordinator is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Communication team in a variety of ways crucial to our operations and initiatives.
Essential Job Functions
The marketing and communications coordinator will have a role in nearly every function of our department.
Report, creating, or coordinating content for our marketing and communications channels.
Developing presentations and other reports for internal and external audiences.
Administrative support, including maintaining inventory and management of promotional items, event coordination, and vendor management.
Project coordination and execution.
Experience with a wide range of marketing and communications functions, including writing, photography, basic digital marketing, and social media.
Highly organized multitaskers able to handle several projects at once.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or related field preferred.
Work Experience
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing and communications functions, including writing, photography, basic digital marketing, and social media. Preferred candidates will be highly organized multitaskers able to handle several projects at once. Administrative experience preferred. Experience with photography and writing required.

Skills
Good understanding of office management and marketing/communications principles.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
Demonstrable ability to work independently on multiple projects, work collaboratively within a team and adhere to deadlines with excellent project management skills.
Detail and goal oriented and proactive, creativity, excellent knowledge of MS Office and well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
