Job Summary:

The Production Coordinator is responsible for the undertaking of any administrative/office duties that allow the manufacturing team to focus on fabrication. This role requires an understanding of basic computer skills, time management,and manufacturing principles.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Review scheduled jobs and prioritize job packets to be printed.
• Print production orders from the priority list from SAP.
• Pull and print drawings from the data base for production orders.
• Prepare job packets with production orders and drawings, and place in the job sleeves.
• Keep track and order job sleevesin a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Experience with SAP software & MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience with 5S manufacturing procedures.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Word, Google Docs program, and SmartSheet.

Physical Demands:

• The employee is required to use hands to finger, handle or manipulate objects, tools, keyboards or controls.
• Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to walk, sit; and may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• May occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
