Basic Job Functions:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for continuous improvement on profitability and order management of Vulcraft Texas. This includes developing an effective territory marketing, volume and pricing strategy for key regions along with proactive communication and building deep relationships within Sales. This role calls for a high level of collaboration with sales and non-sales teammates within the entire Vulcraft/Verco group in order to drive enterprise-wide results. Must be willing to travel occasionally.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of commercial/service/management related experience in the Steel or Construction industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Mgt., or related field
- Desire to advance within Nucor and willing to relocate for future oppertunities.
