Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Training Video Creator (Communications, Analyst) to work with a federal client to develop financial system training videos.

This position offers a remote work schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on agency, contract, and MIL requirements.

This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.

Responsibilities

  • Develop short training videos on specific processes within the client’s financial environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients on learning objectives, key takeaways, video sequencing, content, and editing.
  • Develop the SCORM package associated with each video to integrate with the client’s LLM.
  • Test and troubleshoot each video and SCORM package within the client environment and update as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Three years of relevant experience
  • Experience with developing training videos for a diverse audience set
  • Experience working independently to complete quality and timely deliverables
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and team members
  • Experience in documenting processes and procedures related to financial management
  • Strong video and communication skills are essential
  • Experience with creating SCORM-compliant packages in support of training materials

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Captivate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a federal government environment

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or above; lack of degree may be offset by additional experience

For this position, the projected compensation range is $70,000 – $92,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
