The Import Documentation Clerk is responsible for the inward cargo manifest in MSC USA’s system, as well as ensuring all system information is updated to reflect accurate data for all USA departments. Manifest shipments in MSC USA systems based on instructions received from various parties. Transmit EDI files to necessary entities and partners as specified by USCBP rules/regulations and internal procedures. Perform manifest amendments and ensure all necessary parties are aware of the amended data. Handle communications received by the department for resolution. Presence required on‑site 5 days per week Perform other duties as required
