Inside Sales Executive – East Med and North Africa - Exports Full time, permanent We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Executive to join our Export Commercial Department on our East Mediterranean and North Africa Team. The successful candidate will work to maintain and develop business, utilizing all communication channels. Relationship building is an essential part of this role, both internally with other departments, agency offices abroad, MSC Geneva and new / existing customers. How you will help us and what you can expect Active desire to assist in the winning of new business and meet targets, exploring all opportunities to increase volume by developing closer customer relationships where required by Sales and Trade Develop new and existing business from pricing enquiries, securing new bookings with a target driven approach Actively follow up quotations using all communication channels until bookings are achieved and new repeat business is fully secured Proactively retaining and growing accounts, including any research and development required, mindful of contribution towards overall revenue targets Ensure quotations are processed in a timely, accurate manner Strong communication and liaison across the Commercial teams and the wider business, particularly MSC Geneva, to ensure full commercial and operational support is given the Trade You can expect to spend time with us, to learn about us, our customers, and our systems.
