Key Responsibilities Manage and update shipment data using MSC’s proprietary systems Coordinate with customers, government agencies, and international offices to ensure smooth cargo movement Oversee documentation and customer service tasks for assigned shipments Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company standards Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners Respond promptly to inquiries and provide clear updates on shipment status and logistics milestones Identify and escalate complex issues, offering proactive solutions when possible Contribute to process improvements by sharing insights and feedback with leadership Support team goals through collaboration, accuracy, and a commitment to service excellence Perform other related duties, as assigned Qualifications Competencies Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in logistics, shipping, or related fields Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly Experience in drayage, dispatch, or logistics operations is a plus
