JOB SUMMARY Responsible for setting up receiving export windows and cutoffs for assigned US Port Calls prior to vessel arrival. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ensures a fluid and efficient receiving of cargo at the terminal, avoiding: Opening the export windows and receiving cargo too early Opening the export windows too late, to make sure the cargo is loaded on board without any issues (e.g. issues with documentation, missing cut offs etc.) Uses MSC USA proprietary IT system to retrieve, record and analyze information. Escalates unique or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor for resolution when necessary. Provides feedback regarding current corporate practices and metrics in order to support process efficiencies. Presence required on‑site 5 days per week Performs other related duties, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES Experience analyzing data and trends.
