Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, for internal reporting as well as external reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities. Provide financial analysis to support decision-making across departments. Participate in ERP and system improvement projects across departments. Assist Financial Manager to provide oversight to accounting departments Assist in ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Work closely with auditors during annual audits and assist with audit preparation. Review of accounting reconciliations and payments Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls. Collaborate with finance managers on strategic initiatives. Take on increasing responsibility for managing small projects and tasks as experience grows. Acts on any reasonable instruction given to you by management in relation to work related activities.
