Depot Operations Assists the Depot Manager to ensure that the Depot, dry and reefer cargo (empty and full), is fully functional and operational Controls variable expenditure within the depot operations Ensures serviceability of all handling equipment, empty and full Maintains and controls security requirements at the depot Administration and Compliance Controls and meets the contractual agreements with clients, regulatory authorities / bodies Ensures effective administration procedures related to Depot operations Health/Safety and Risk Management Maintains and controls security requirements for depot equipment and valuable asset Maintains a safe and healthy environment and ensures compliance with the safety regulations or standards People Management Ensure that all depot employees are adequately trained Ensures that KPI’s are set and managed accordingly for all employees Ensures that the depot is adequately resourced Ensures that all policies and procedures are communicated Any disciplinary matters are dealt with effectively
