Supports the commercial team by preparing quotes, tracking performance metrics, and identifying market opportunities. This role plays a key part in maintaining rate folders, meeting team objectives, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Meets team objectives, weekly KPIs, and annual performance goals. Prepares and tracks quotes for Out-of-Gauge (OOG) and Breakbulk shipments, including volume and revenue targets. Focuses on maintaining and updating Project Cargo rate folders. Identifies operational challenges and market opportunities to support strategic decisions. Provides timely and accurate customer service in response to rate inquiries. Reports performance and quoting activity to management. Participates in team onboarding and collaboration initiatives. Performs other related duties as assigned to support quoting and analysis functions.
