JOB SUMMARY Checks the accuracy and completeness of service contract rate publishing and signature page processing. Reviews service contract documents, amendments, rate appendix formatting to ensure information is accurate, compliant, and ready for filing or signature routing. Identifies, records, corrects, and escalates errors as needed, while supporting timely upload and follow-up of signature pages through the electronic signature platform. Reviews and uploads service contract signature pages in the electronic platform, follows up with external signing parties, and supports customer and internal inquiries related to the signature process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DUTIES Audits the amendments and rate appendix formatting in the service contract. Verifies that contract details, amendments, effective dates, customer information, and signature requirements are properly reflected before upload or routing. Corrects the errors identified at various stages of checking and approval (e.g. mandatory charge omissions). Identifies, records, categorizes, and corrects errors found during the checking, approval, and signature page review process. Requests the necessary signatures from Geneva HQ. Uploads the signature pages of the service contracts in the electronic signature platform. Follows up with customers to obtain the signatures. Responds to customers’ questions about using the electronic signature platform. Seeks input from internal departments (e.g. Trades) for specific customer complaints. Escalates unique or complex customer issues to the appropriate supervisor for resolution when necessary. Presence required on‑site 5 days per week Performs other duties, as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a similar role (supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, etc.) Attention to detail: Advanced Communication skills: Intermediate Dependability: Advanced Time management: Intermediate Proactivity: Fundamental Problem solving: Fundamental Prioritization: Intermediate Team player: Intermediate English: Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to learn new software PHYSICAL DEMANDS Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Must be able to commute to the designated office location Presence required on‑site 5 days per week WORK AUTHORIZATION Authorization to work in the U.S
