MSC Service Center Greece is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its Legal Team. YOUR IMPACT The Competition and Antitrust Team, provides competition/antitrust and maritime regulatory support across the MSC Group in a complex and fast‑evolving global environment. You will be joining a young, dynamic and passionate team. Your role involves advising business teams and stakeholders on regulatory risks, transactions, investigations and compliance matters, while working closely with internal partners and external counsel worldwide. You will: - Provide competition/antitrust support to M A and other transactions across the MSC Group, including merger control assessment, strategy and filings where relevant. - Handle information requests, inquiries and investigations by authorities globally; coordinate document collection and submissions with internal stakeholders and external counsel. - Conduct legal research; interpret applicable rules, regulations and case law; and support representation of the company before governmental and regulatory bodies as needed. - Collaborate closely with other legal functions and business stakeholders to support corporate development and commercial projects. - Manage external advisers (competition counsel, economists and other experts), ensuring efficient, cost-effective and high-quality support. - Support operational cooperation, including preparing and maintaining self-assessments and guidance for business teams.
