The Equipment Engineering Manager will work with team of industry professionals to develop and maintain technical specifications for container handling equipment and support the procurement process of this equipment from tender to handover, including participation in design review, project management, quality assurance and final acceptance. Main Responsibilities: Manage and execute heavy equipment procurement. Run and support process from Business Development to end of commissioning, i.e. from procurement to operations. Coordinate with equipment colleagues, civil engineers, and project implementation teams. Support development of TiL technical specifications for equipment Support development and implementation of automated equipment specifications and solutions Maintain and coordinate the procurement plan for equipment and ensure it meets agreed timelines and other deliverables. agPerform tender process according to TiL procurement policy and justify recommended decision, Contribution to the assessment of feasibility to terminals with upgrades, refurbishment, modernizations, relocations, major repairs of equipment’s, Verify design, calculations, manufacturing, quality control, commissioning and final acceptance of equipment is according to TiL technical specification, Research and identification of technology and innovations, which may contribute to improved efficiency in terminals and assessment of its cost effectiveness,
