Job Description Summary

The Patient and Family-Centered Care (PFCC) Manager plays a key leadership role in fostering a culture of partnerships between healthcare professionals, pediatric patients, and their families. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives that support family engagement, improve quality outcomes, and integrate family voices into hospital policies and practices. The PFCC Manager promotes high reliability principles in alignment with the mission and values of the children’s hospital.

This role will have dual reporting through the Patient-and Family- Centered Care Director and CHW ICCE Chief/SAO.
