Job Description
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable working in ambiguity, resourceful in solving problems independently, and proactive in taking initiative to move projects forward. You’ll manage project intake, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and help manage projects across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how OCM delivers value, ensuring projects are launched with clarity, executed with precision, and completed with excellence.
This role is an on-site position in downtown Charleston, SC and does not offer relocation support. The role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities
Project Intake & Management (35%)
Lead scoping meetings with internal customers and requesters to clarify project objectives and requirements.
Document project requests using standardized intake formats within OCM’s project management platform (Monday.com).
Build, maintain and analyze dashboard metrics to assess project feasibility and resource availability.
Advise requesters on alternative solutions when appropriate.
Facilitate project kickoffs and ensure alignment across OCM teams including Marketing, Communications, Brand and Web.
Distribute project documentation to relevant teams to support timely and effective execution.
Provide responsive and professional customer service, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
Monitor project timelines and milestones, communicating updates and changes to all stakeholders.
Project Oversight & Reporting (30%)
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to report on delivery metrics, risks, issues, and escalations.
Track project performance against established plans and timelines.
Support the creation and enforcement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to define service expectations.
Evaluate and refine service delivery processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Planning & Operations (30%)
Assist in developing processes and timelines that enable cross-departmental integrated planning across Marketing, Communications, Brand and Web.
Schedule and facilitate routines and meetings that help progress planning activities, coordination and deliverables.
Track and report on key milestones, deliverables and tollgates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications & Key Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 7 years progressive work experience and 2 years management experience
Skilled in business process design, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in marketing or communications.
Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboard reporting and performance metrics.
Expertise in vendor management and campaign execution.
Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentation.
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take initiative to solve problems and drive results.
